Bio:
Steve joined New York City Relief in March 2004 as an intern. Upon completion of the internship, he was asked to join the staff at NYCR. Today, he is the Outreach Director for Relief Bus #1 which reaches out to the streets of the Bronx and Harlem. His last name "Pastor" says it all. He shepherds the needy and outcasts of society in the inner city. Prior to NYCR, he worked as a union carpenter with Carpenters Local 155 of Cranford NJ since 1988.

What I Do With The Relief Bus:
I am on the streets four days a week leading Bus #1. I train teams that come out with us and encourage volunteers to reach outside themselves and make new friends on the streets.

Why I Work With The Relief Bus:
I have a passion for the downcast of society and the people who hunger to find God in the "least of these".
